What games do you support?
We can host any game server. When creating a server, choose "Another game" from the extended list, or "My game is not listed" to supply your own details.
That said, our primary list of 51 games is special:
- We place special emphasis on older and indie games to support the gamers, modders, and maintainers keeping those communities alive.
- We have built custom mods, extensions, and quality-of-life tools specifically for each primary list game — making running a server substantially easier and more enjoyable.
- Extended and custom games get solid, reliable hosting — just without our custom integrations. Any other game server provider, but with our prices and support.
Pricing
How are these services so cheap? What's the catch?
- We genuinely love games and the communities around them.
- We don't sell, share, or do anything underhanded with your data. No spam lists. No marketing partners.
- I-NTER.NET is a product of ShieldStream AI. Every employee is given time each week to contribute to a passion project. This is the first one released publicly, and nearly the whole team contributes — because we're all gamers. ShieldStream AI invests the team time; the infrastructure pays for itself.
- We've built lean, purpose-built infrastructure to keep costs genuinely low. The prices reflect that — not a race to the bottom, not a loss leader that disappears when the money runs out.
Are there refunds?
No refunds. I-NTER.NET runs on purpose-built infrastructure that we've optimized carefully to keep costs honest — the real investment is our team's time, which ShieldStream AI contributes willingly. The one thing we genuinely cannot absorb is chargebacks. If you're not ready to commit, start with Utility pricing — no upfront annual commitment, no risk.
Features & Limits
How much storage? How many maps? Databases? Stats?
No hard limits. As long as you're using storage for game-related content, we can handle it.
For stats: we have a fully integrated stats warehouse — massive, optimized, and routinely backed up. Player stats for primary list games are handled automatically. You almost certainly won't need to manage a separate database.
I have a feature request for a map, mod, or server type.
- Submit a ticket from your console panel.
- If it involves integrating an existing mod or map, you may be able to do it yourself via the portal. If not, we'll help.
- For new feature ideas: submit a ticket. Our team evaluates all requests. If feasible, we'll add it to the roadmap. We always check first whether an existing project already addresses the need — our goal is to work with communities, not compete with them.
Can you host our website, forum, or voice server?
Yes — if you have an active game server with us, these services are included and managed from your portal. We don't offer them standalone.
Migration
Can you help migrate from another provider?
Yes, and this service is free with an Annual subscription. We'll move maps, mods, player stats, and configurations. A small fee applies to ensure you're genuinely committed to migrating — it doesn't cover our staff's hourly rate.
A self-serve migration tool is also available, though it may not cover every provider or edge case.

What about your own community servers?
We maintain our own servers for each primary list game — permanent stats, all features, always available. This is not meant to compete with existing communities; it's meant to provide a reliable place to play, especially for games with few or no dedicated servers.
Our servers run automated tools (rock the vote, map rotation, anti-grief) but don't have everyday admins. If you're interested in moderating, reach out. For low-population games, we'll gladly help an interested party take over as server admin.

If you are a developer, modder, map maker, plugin author, or community organizer working on something for a game on our primary list, we want to support you. Sponsorship costs nothing — it exists because the community is the point.
What you get:

Who qualifies: Active contributors to game communities. Modders, content creators, server admins, tournament organizers — if you are doing something real, we want to help. We evaluate each application on its own terms and lean toward yes.
Preserved games fast-track: Applications for Preserved games (games with fewer than 10 active public servers worldwide) are approved on a fast track. If your game has the Preserved badge, apply with confidence.
Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway. The worst we can say is not yet.
